Headwater Hills is a small, working homestead where agriculture, creativity,
and hospitality meet. We raise Nubian goats as part of our micro dairy,
grow gardens and flowers, and care for the land with sustainability
at the center of everything we do.
In addition to farm life, we offer a quiet rental space and scenic areas designed for creatives—ideal for photography sessions, workshops, and Peerspace bookings. We are also proud to be the home of West Valley Dahlias, adding seasonal color and inspiration across the property. Headwater Hills is a place to experience thoughtful living, creative freedom, and the beauty of the land.

Headwater Hills began in 2023 when we purchased 14 acres with a vision rooted in stewardship, restoration, and slow living. What started as open land has become a growing silvopasture homestead, shaped by new pastures, ongoing land care, and the restoration of a once-muddy pond into a healthier ecosystem. Along the way, we fell in love with dairy goats and the rhythm of farm life. Every season brings new projects, growth, and learning as we continue creating our dream property—follow along as the land evolves with us.

We specialize in raw goat milk through a private herdshare, alongside farm-grown dahlia flowers offered seasonally through bouquets, CSAs, and u-pick events. In addition, we raise homegrown meats in limited quantities and offer organic pasture-raised eggs when available. Our products reflect the seasons, the land, and our commitment to quality over quantity, with most offerings available as add-ons to herdshare deliveries or special events.

Our farm is guided by simple, natural, and low-intervention practices that prioritize animal welfare, land health, and food safety. We focus on quality feed, clean living environments, thoughtful pasture management, and daily hands-on care. Our dairy animals are annually tested and managed with proactive, responsible parasite control practices. Everything we do is centered on creating a calm, healthy environment where animals and land can thrive naturally.
